Weekday Package______$2,350
Have your one day event Monday - Thursday, with up to 150 guests. Full access to the Venue, and ceremony site from 10am till 10pm the day of your event. (Add on hours available for $175 per hr)
Rehearsal Dinner ______$800
Have your rehearsal dinner in the Barn or on the patio for a time of rehearsal walk-through and decorating the day before your event. This includes limited access to the Barn for 4 hours between 10am-10pm. You bring the food, we provide the space for your family and friends. Monday - Friday only.
Alcoholic Bar Package____$750
Access to our custom built-in bar and a TABC-licensed bartender. We provide ice, clear cups, and a choice of two mixers for his and her cocktails, plus handle all the bar cleanup. You simply purchase and bring your choice of beer, wine, and up to two liquors, and we handle the rest.
Non- Alcoholic Bar Package____$450
Access to our custom built-in bar and a venue staff server. We provide water, lemonade, ice, clear cups and handle all the serving, plus the bar cleanup. (Add on drink options available upon request for additional fee.)
Event Management_____$600
Our professional staff will manage your wedding for the day. We will take on all of the days stresses so you can enjoy your event. Managing caterers, florist, photographers, guests, and keeping the day on schedule. Also includes 1 hour On-Site planning meeting before your event.
Decorations_____$250
Decoration package includes all draping, lights, and florals seen during your venue tour, as well as our "White as Snow Bounce House" for bridal party pictures and guest use.
Party / Event_____$525
Looking for a beautiful venue to host a party, award ceremony, high school reunion, business event, or large family get together? Come and celebrate with us, and reserve the barn for up to 6 hours. Limited access to the barn and surrounding property. Minimum 3 hour rental ($175 per hr) between 10am and 10pm.
Micro / Elopement Package_____$250 per hour
Our Micro Wedding or Elopement Package is for the bride and groom who want all the beautiful wedding pictures and non of the stress. This package allows up to 50 guests, access to the ceremony site and restrooms. Book per hour, with a maximum of 3 hours between 10am-10pm. Barn access limited.
